The Great Lakes Regional Collaboration released its draft strategy on July 7, 2005, at Summit I in Duluth, Minnesota. The document is available www.glrc.us. This Draft Strategy contains both the chapter and accompanying appendix that were prepared by each of the eight GLRC strategy teams. The public comment period ended Sept. 9, 2005. The GLRC Executive Committee and Strategy Team will review all comments for consideration in the development of the final document to be released in December 2005.
