The conference planning staff is working on this years meeting.

In order to fulfill two of the objective of last years meeting we are
planning to hold it in conjunction with the Coast Guard's Marine Community
days (Wednesday all day and Thursday morning) with our meeting being held
Thursday afternoon and Friday morning; and we are looking at providing
firefighting training.

The question is would you prefer to miss some of Thursday's Coast Guard
meeting AM for the firefighting training or would you prefer to stay Friday
afternoon to take the training.  Please let me know with by next week so we
can decide. (My gut feeling is most of you would prefer it Thursday AM and
unless I hear otherwise that is how we will schedule it.)
