| Is anyone monitoring any rivers or streams in Lapeer County? I'm teaching a couple of ecology classes there to southeastern Michigan teachers this summer, and I'd love to have them meet with someone who is doing monitoring in the area, and perhaps spend some time in the water with them showing them exactly what they do. The teachers can then bring the info back to their own classes and perhaps start a monitoring project of their own. The classes are small, but we draw ecology-minded teachers from all over southeastern Michigan. You may respond me on- or off-list.
