GLIN==> September Great Lakes Coal Trade

With water levels on the Great Lakes starting their seasonal decline in September, vessels were not able to carry as much each trip.  One vessel saw its loads decrease by 900 tons over the course of the month.  The need for dredging remains acute.  See attached for more details.
