GLIN==> Rising Water Levels Fail to Boost Lakes Stone Trade in July

Rising water levels did not translate into higher volumes of limestone shipped on the Lakes in July.  The trade slipped nearly 5 percent compared to a year ago.  Vessels remain unable to carry full loads because of lack of dredging.  See attached for more details.
