12th Biennial Report on Great Lakes Water Quality

Mandated by the Great Lakes Water Quality Agreeement between the United States and Canada, this International Joint Commission report regularly assesses the two nations' progress in implementing the agreement and highlights issues the IJC believes are in need of timely and focused attention.
