New Lake Michigan car ferry service

A new cross-lake ferry between Milwaukee, Wis., and Muskegon, Mich., is scheduled to begin service in June 2004. The Lake Michigan Car Ferry is the first high-speed vehicle and passenger ship ever built and designed to operate within the continental U.S.
USEPA/GLNPO Funding Guidance

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Great Lakes National Program Office is requesting initial proposals for projects, collectively totaling up to $4,180,000, furthering protection and clean up of the Great Lakes ecosystem. Proposals are due by 8 a.m. CST, March 29.

BaySail supports its Environmental Education and Youth Development programs through public sails, private charters and group tours around Lake Huron.

2004 Great Lakes Seminar Series
