Apparently Lafarge Corporation is announcing they
are going to cease burning hazardous waste up in
Alpena, although they are apparently going to
burn non-hazardous waste oil and increase their production
rate.

Also, it appears that Southdown up in Charlevoix is
up to get a permit to use foundry waste in their process...
....DEQ's FTP server is down so I don't have any details.
