In poking around on MDEQ Air Quality Division's site....

Here are the cities that show health standard violations of 
the new ozone standard for the period 1995-97:


Holland
Frankfort
Coloma
Cassopolis
Kalamazoo
Kelloggs (battle creek??)
Grand Rapids
Parnell
New Haven
Warren
Ludington
Muskegon
Port Huron
Algonac
Detroit


Already with the limited ozone episodes this may, the following
cities have already crossed the line into violations of the new ozone/smog
standard for the 3 year period of 1996-1998:

New Haven
Holland
Coloma
Muskegon
