light of the active discussions regarding the potential for economic stimulus
packages that include infrastructure projects, a water resource project like
redesign of the storm sewer systems in the Great Lakes watershed makes a lot of
sense. This could include native plant wetland filter systems at
point source outfalls into the lakes including storm sewers and ravines. Charles
