RE: BEACHNET==> Great Lakes water quality: projects for the new administration

All:  Stimulus projects have to be ready-to-go.  That means, already planned and ready for construction within 180 days or so.  Does this meet that test?

Subject: BEACHNET==> Great Lakes water quality: projects for the new administration

In light of the active discussions regarding the potential for economic stimulus packages that include infrastructure projects, a water resource project like redesign of the storm sewer systems in the Great Lakes watershed makes a lot of sense.   This could include native plant wetland filter systems at point source outfalls into the lakes including storm sewers and ravines.
