BEACHNET==> Question - algae blooms

Good morning,

 

I am looking for some suggestions on how to clean up an algae bloom floating in near shore fresh waters.

 

I am also looking to find out if any installation of offshore reefs or shoals has been used to protect beaches from similar threats and if so, contact information would be great.
