I used ELISA tests for sediments about 8 years ago and thought they were
great. Watch the detection limit for water - the sed/soil kit was about
1 ppm DW.

Hi,
I would like to look at PCB in freshwater and I know there are ELISA
kits for PCB water testing. Does anyone has experience with the ELISA
and which one is better?
Thanks,
Anna
