Mark,
I guess I did think that the focus of the association was on the water.
GLBA makes us sound a bit like a country club!  Besides I am concerned about
water quality at more than just the beaches.  I am thinking about "swimmable
and fishable" and think we have to have a watershed orientation.
But I suppose I am in the minority.
Perhaps you might pass my remarks around to the board or via beach-net.
