Board Members for 2003

I am very pleased to announce the election results of the new board member
for the Great Lakes Recreational Water Quality Association.   They are:

      Shannon Briggs
      Toni Glymph
      Julie Kinzelmann
      Kathy Luther
      Gary White
      Richard Whitman
      Holly Wirick

The competition was intense and any combination of the candidates would
have made up a great board.  I believe that we have a good board that is
relatively diverse.  During the year, we will address better local,
provincial and state representation across the basin.  For those of you
that allowed your name in nomination but did not get selected, don't relax,
we will probably be calling on you in the near future for committee or
other assignments! THere is simply too much talent and enthusiasm not to
employ.
