Addendum for Dave Rockwell's bios

My  reason for wanting to be on the Board of the Great Lakes
Recreational Water Quality Association is simple.  I have been involved
with Beach monitoring since 1980 collecting information which summarized
beach advisories and closings from 1981 to 1996.  I was a consultant in
developing the National Survey which was used in 1997 and have provided
data analysis for the last two SOLECs for results from the 1998-2001
National surveys.  I have been a leader in supporting advances in more
rapid test mechanisms for E. Coli.  I have advocated the development of
a Regional Beach modeling capability.  I have supported Web based
reporting of results so that the public can find where to go for fun at
the beach.

I would expect that this experience would be valuable in charting the
future path of the Great Lakes Recreational Water Quality Association.
